Request for invitation letters

We will prepare upon request an invitation letter written in English for your visa application. As a rule, this procedure applies only to the authors of accepted papers who have already paid the registration fees through the conference registration system. We only support visa applications to attend the conference. All attendees who require a visa to attend must follow the procedures outlined below. No exception is allowed.

Please follow the steps below for request of an invitation letter.

  1. Register for the conference and pay the registration fee;
  2. Submit your final manuscript (you can re-upload until the final paper submission deadline);
  3. Book your flights and accommodation;
  4. Fill out the Visa Information Form (the form template will be located here later); and
  5. Send the form to the secretariat of ISCS 2026. ( secretariat (at) iscs2026.sice-ctrl.jp )

Overview

The SICE International Symposium on Control Systems (ISCS) is an event launched in 2015 by the Control Division of the Society of Instrument and Control Engineers (SICE). The ISCS provides an opportunity of international interactions among researchers, students, and engineers who are working on various aspects of control systems, from theory to application.

The topics of interest include, but are not limited to:

  • Linear Systems; Nonlinear Systems; Robust Control; Optimal Control; Model Predictive Control; Hybrid Systems; Networked Control Systems; Adaptive Control; Intelligent Control; Computational Methods; Modeling, System Identification and Estimation; Process Control; Mechanical Systems Control; Automotive Control; Guidance and Flight Control; Control Applications

The SICE ISCS 2026 will take place as a part of the 13th SICE Multi-symposium on Control Systems (MSCS 2026 (in Japanese). The whole symposium is planned to be held in a traditional in-person style. The venue is the modern Toyama International Conference Center, Toyama.

The SICE ISCS 2026 invites you to submit contributed papers. We provide you with two categories of paper submissions: regular papers and position papers. The former is a full contributed paper of a completed work, while the latter is aimed for a timely review of research, a case study, a technical discussion, and so forth. The papers will be peer-reviewed. Accepted regular papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements. The details will be announced later.

The accepted papers will be assigned to oral sessions in English. Please note that at least one of the authors of each accepted paper is expected to attend the symposium to present their work.
